How can I cancel my VOXikids subscription?

To cancel your subscription , follow the steps below (depending on your phone's operating system):

For Android:

1. Open the Google Play app on your phone/tablet.
2. In the top right corner, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments and subscriptions.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Select VoxiKids.
6. Tap Unsubscribe.
7. Follow the instructions there.

Important: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

For iOS:

1. Open the App Store app on your phone.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Choose VoxiKids
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
If there is no cancel button or if you see an expiration message in red text, your subscription has already been canceled.
