The SLPs can choose 3-month, 6-month or 12-month packages, depending on their preferences. With the chosen subscription, you have unlimited access to all the platform's functionalities. With any subscription, you can use the platform both in-office or to work online, you decide what suits you.
Yes. All payments will be handled by VOXi, so at the end of each month you will receive the money for the online sessions you have held through the platform, based on an invoice. You can check your invoices and the number of sessions in the My Account section.
From each online session VOXi keeps a commission of 18%. Part of this commission will be reused for your promotion on Social Media platforms and on the voxivers.com website to increase your revenue.
The VOXi platform is very easy to use. No advanced computer skills required! You will receive 1 to 1 demo sessions of about 15 min. that will help you to understand how to use the platform.
There are no location requirements for online therapies, as long as you have a quiet, bright space, a laptop or computer and a good internet connection.
We have a dedicated IT team and consultants who provide prompt technical assistance and support for any issues related to: equipment configuration, application usage, etc. You can access technical support through several channels: email, phone, dedicated support in the platform.
We have a minimum 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy .
Yes. We provide the Ministry of Education - approved digital resources you need to conduct quality online therapy sessions. You receive detailed instructions on setting up an optimal space, as well as training on how to use our dedicated platforms and applications.
