How do I cancel my VOXiKids subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you need to follow the steps mentioned below (depending on your phone's operating system):

For Android:

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. In the top right corner, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments and subscriptions.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Select VoxiKids.
6. Tap Cancel subscription.
7. Follow the instructions there.

Important: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

1. Open the App Store app
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Choose VoxiKids
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

  • Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • If there is no cancellation button or if you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been canceled.
