The price of a session varies depending on the specialist you choose. At VOXi, each specialist sets their own price. What you need to know if this is your first time at VOXi: you get 1 FREE session on your first appointment! A code will be sent to your email address. The code can only be used once.
You can schedule as many sessions as you want in a day, but the first session must be an assessment. Sessions are scheduled one at a time, and after completing a schedule, you return to the calendar and continue to make a new schedule.
An evaluation ranges in price from £ / EUR 120 - 180, the speech therapists set their own. This includes a session of about 60/70 min. with a speech therapist.

A series of 2 to 4 consecutive assessments may be necessary for complex cases or for those who need a stamped assessment to present to various institutions. These details are determined with the speech therapist.
The number of speech therapy sessions a child needs varies depending on their specific needs and goals. Most children attend 1/2 sessions per week. However, the number of sessions can be adjusted according to the child's progress and the therapist's recommendations.
In the first Standard session, these details are established with the speech therapist you have chosen to work with, and the plan will be adjusted as needed along the way.
There are no hidden costs; you only pay for the assessment sessions and meetings with the speech therapist you have chosen to work with.
Yes, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy . If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 20% refund, or you can reschedule within two weeks at no additional cost.
If cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance, or rescheduling is not done within 2 weeks, the 20% will not be refunded. This is because the speech therapist/therapist reserves time for the session and cannot take another appointment at such short notice.
When scheduling a session, you will be asked to pay for the selected session by card. Your data is safe, we use STRIPE, the most secure payment processor in the world. In addition, we have high and certified data security standards (ISO 27100).
